                               RESOLUTION NO. 21228
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF
                   TWO (2) FIRE HYDRANTS FOR PUBLIC FIRE
                   PROTECTION AT LOCATIONS MORE PARTICULARLY
                   DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF
                   THE TARIFF THEREFOR.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       installation of two (2) fire hydrants for public fire protection
       located as follows:
       	    One (1) fire hydrant to be located at 525 Gadd Road
      
       	    One (1) fire hydrant to be located at 4901 Bradington Drive
                 between Ocola Drive and Barton Drive
      
      
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that payment of the tariff to
       the Hixson Utility District be and is hereby authorized.
